This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use these Fulton County routes according to the record or service needed:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through Fulton’s official portal, or request it from the responsible clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
For Superior and Magistrate dockets, contact Ché Alexander, Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts, Records Search Center, 136 Pryor Street SW, Suite J2-640, Atlanta, GA 30303, 404-613-5313. The downtown counter is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. State Court and city cases must go to their separate records offices.
