About Fulton County Court Docket

Fulton County dockets are divided among Superior, State, Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, and municipal courts. Georgia has no single public search that joins all of them. We built this private reference site to help readers identify the responsible clerk, official portal, calendar, address, or phone route before beginning a search.

Why We Built This Site

Georgia generally permits public inspection of open court records, yet Fulton’s split clerk structure makes the correct office important. Ché Alexander, Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts, keeps those two courts’ files. State Court maintains separate criminal, civil, and traffic records, while each municipal court keeps its own city docket. The Georgia Courts E-Access directory routes users to court systems but is not one unified database. We organize the verified contacts, official searches, calendar routes, and copy procedures around those local divisions.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Fulton County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through Fulton and Georgia court routes
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, county office, or state agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They operate their own services, set any prices, and control their results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this free reference site. We do not set the provider’s terms, charges, or result coverage.
